At Piyaraa, each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We aim to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Products with removed tags or packaging

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences or handmade work

Return Approval Process

Once your request is received and verified:

  • We will confirm return approval via email

  • Provide return instructions

  • Arrange pickup or request you to ship the item back (depending on location)

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
